BAY SPRINGS, MS – March 25, 2021 — The Fiber School is pleased to be working with Jones College Jasper County Center to provide Certified Fiber Optic and Copper training. Students in this course will learn how to layout, install or maintain fiber optic cabling systems. The course provides both theory lecture and hands-on labs which demonstrate practical knowledge of industry-standard installation practices. This course prepares students to enter an entry-level fiber optic installer position. By partnering with Jones College, The Fiber School is able to reach more prospective students, keep training local, and help Bay Springs, Mississippi communities grow their workforce of skilled, experienced, fiber network technicians.
