Richard LaBonge has been teaching at The Fiber School since 2010. Richard enjoys bringing his vast field experience into the classroom. He believes the student is best served when he learns through intensified hands-on training, that this is accomplished through intense in-depth subject presentation.

Richard has seen many changes in the industry and works hard to keep himself and his students up to date certifying Installers and Technicians wherever the need arises. Richard has taught around the world and though out the United States.

Hands on testing, installing, and splicing is the experience base that Richard uses to bring his classes to life for his students. He has seen it all in the field and will bring those real time skills into the classroom. He has done this for hundreds of students in his many classes from miners, sea captains, TV technicians, golf tournament camera men, and subway operators
