Now they’ve partnered with us to provide scheduled fiber optic training in Alaska starting January of 2026.  This partnership will provide local training in Alaska for technicians that want to learn and be certified as a fiber optic installer or technician. In addition to scheduled classes, we will offer on-site classes for groups, custom classes for specific training requests and on–the–job training options as well.

Millions of miles of new fiber are being installed across the United States and around the world. Thousands of new technicians are needed to test and terminate these new networks.

The course provides access to on-line self-paced lectures that will provide an overview of how fiber optic networks work, their components and specifications. It’ll also have instructor-led, hands-on labs that replicate the specific work that is required in the field.
