1. Price<\/strong>
\n<\/b>The Fiber Optic Marketplace, LLC. (FiberOptic.com) and The Fiber School reserves the right to change pricing without notice. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of quote, unless otherwise noted. The manufacturers reserve the right to revise models at any time. We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. Catalog and website prices & configurations are subject to change without notice.<\/p>\n

2. Stock<\/strong>
\n<\/b>A product’s presence on the website does not guarantee that it is in stock ready to ship. We have a large catalog of products and many of them have a lead-time from the manufacturer. For current, in-stock status on a product, please contact us at 877-529-9114 or through email training@fiberoptic.com.<\/p>\n

3. Payment Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n

For purchasers with established credit, terms are net 30 days from the date of shipment. By selecting \u2018credit,\u2019 you agree to pay a 3% convenience fee.<\/span> Payments must be in U.S. dollars and cash discounts are not allowed. Our remit to address is:<\/p>\n

4. Freight Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

All products are sold FOB shipping point. Items will be shipped via ground, freight collection, or third-party bill unless otherwise requested by the purchaser. Please advise the method of shipment and preferred carrier when the order is placed. We discourage mandatory carrier requirements which have an adverse effect on service and delivery. As a matter of protection, we highly recommend that customers purchase additional shipping insurance on all orders over $100. All international shipments must ship insured at the customer’s expense. Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on the delivery receipt. Any claims for damage or loss of items while in transit must be filed by the customer with the carrier.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>5. Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n

FiberOptic.com warrants to the buyer that our products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at our option.<\/p>\n

6. Return Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

All items being returned must first be approved by FiberOptic.com and must be shipped freight prepaid. Returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom or special orders are not refundable.<\/p>\n

7. Email Notifications \/ Opt-in<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a customer of FiberOptic.com (and its affiliate companies), you will automatically be registered to receive email newsletters, promotions, and\/or industry news, warranty updates, or other pertinent information. An “opt-out” option will be available on any and all emails that are sent on behalf of FiberOptic.com or any of its affiliates. Your information will NEVER be sold or used in any manner other than for direct communication between the customer and FiberOptic.com or its affiliate companies.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

8. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any liability for consequential or incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. FiberOptic.com’s liability is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid.<\/p>\n

9.\u00a0Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

FiberOptic.com and The Fiber School may cancel a course that lacks sufficient enrollment a week before it is scheduled to begin.\u00a0 When a course is cancelled, we make every effort to notify all registered students promptly.\u00a0 If The Fiber School cancels the course, students may elect to transfer to a future date.\u00a0 Students who cancel within a week of the start of the course will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee and onsite or custom courses will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
