Fiber Splicer Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic networks. Minimum Qualifications:<\/p>\n
High school diploma or equivalent.
\nProven experience in fiber optic splicing and installation, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
\nStrong understanding of fiber optic technology and industry standards.
\nThe ability to comprehend and interpret multiple types of fiber networks, FTTH, HFC, etc.
\nThe ability to use iOLM and real-time OTDR to their full capacity.
\nPreferred Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Associate’s degree in a related field.
\nCertification in fiber optic splicing or related technologies.
\nExperience with project management software and tools
\nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n
Supervise and manage a team of fiber splicers, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their tasks effectively.
