We specialize in customized staffing partnerships with industry leading integrators responsible for large commercial projects and government contracts nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>We are hiring for <strong>Data Center Technician I and II<\/strong> to join a growing team offering continued industry training and a career path. This is a contract-to-hire role.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cable infrastructure and Fiber rough in.<\/li>\n<li>Cable management (dressing and labeling).<\/li>\n<li>Cable and Fiber termination.<\/li>\n<li>Install and configure Single Mode and Multi-Mode as well as various Fiber Connectors (ST, LC, SC, SC-APC etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Fluke\/ OTDR Testing.<\/li>\n<li>Fiber Troubleshooting.<\/li>\n<li>Rack and stack customer equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Server rack build out and rack elevation.<\/li>\n<li>Install fiber tray, ladder rack, customer equipment, and cabinets.<\/li>\n<li>Infrastructure installs (cable management, fiber tray systems, ladder racks, power trays).<\/li>\n<li>Material receiving and hardware assembly.<\/li>\n<li>Outside Plant (OSP) installation (run fiber into Data Center).<\/li>\n<li>Read and follow blueprints set for installation.<\/li>\n<li>Follow written and oral communication displaying professionalism with colleagues and management.<\/li>\n<li>Follow safety guidelines and protocols (Proper PPE, clean up jobsite, OSHA).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED equivalency.<\/li>\n<li>1-2+ years of Data Center Technician experience.<\/li>\n<li>1-2+ years of Fiber experience.<\/li>\n<li>Active OSHA 10 \u2013 preferred.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Physical Requirement<\/strong>: Must be able to work on a ladder and\/or scissor lift, in confined spaces, lift 50 pounds, and move up to 75 pounds.
