Audience Profile

Anyone wishing to pursue a career in ITS Cabling Systems Installation.  This course is excellent for anyone involved in the construction, commercial, industrial, and utility markets.
No industry experience required
Eighth grade math and reading skills are required
Basic Electricity knowledge desired but not required



Toward Certification

When you successfully complete the IN101 written and Hands-on exam and become a BICSI Level 1 Installer you are required to apply your knowledge on the job. You will receive a BICSI OJT booklet that must be completed before your two year registration expires. You then must move up to IN225 Installer Level 2 – Copper
